In some cases you may want to update your product registration information. The most common reason for this would be if your email has changed since you originally registered the product. As product registration and activation keys are tied to one email address, we strongly recommend that you update your email address before reinstalling your software or regenerating your activation keys. It's important to update your profile and not to create a new account with your new email address or you will not access to your registered data and activation keys. To change your information, follow these steps
Step 1: Go to the Pinnacle website
First, go to the Pinnacle Website:

Step 2: Log in to your account
This Log-in button is in the upper-right of the Pinnacle website:

Once you click this Log-In button, you are presented with the following screen. If you have registered previously, you can log in with the original email that you used to register. The password was emailed to you when you originally registered.

If you have forgotten your password, select the "Forgot Your Password" option to have the password emailed to the email address you registered with. If you no longer have access to the emailed that was used to register and you forgot your password, please contact support to update your registration information.
If you have to contact support, don't forget to provide your previous and new email addresses, the serial number of your Studio product and your system passport, available from the help menu of Studio.
Step 3: Update your information
Once you log in to the Pinnacle site you will be presented with the following options. Select "Update your personal information".

You will again be asked to verify your credentials, see the following screenshot:

Click Next to get to the following screen. Make any necessary changes here.

Once you have made all of the necessary changes, click Update Profile to save your new registration information.
