In order to save the list to a file, do the following:

1. Type in the console redir commandlist
2. Hit then the RETURN key on the Mac or the ENTER key on the Windows based systems. Then type in the console help commands
3. Hit then the RETURN key on the Mac or the ENTER key on the Windows based systems.

This will generate a list in the Avid installation folder.

If you just want to see the commands listed in the console, type help command and hit then the RETURN key on the Mac or the ENTER key on the Windows based systems.

Attached below is a list of commands available with Media Composer 3.5.1. Please understand that there's no support and documentation for these commands.
