I can no longer transcode images from my 720p 59.94 HD project to a 30i NTSC project for standard definition conform on the Avid Media Composer 3.0, Avid NewsCutter 7.0 and Avid Symphony 3.0 software. How do I make it work?
There is a persistent console command in the application to re-enable the functionality.
The command is "AllowCrossRateTranscode". Just type it in and it's enabled (you'll see a message in the window). It will remain enabled until such time you type it again.
