I received an email with activation keys. What are these for?
Activation keys are sent to you when you purchase items that require what we call "unlocks" in
order to use them. If you purchased features, Premium content or codecs for example, and
you are moving Studio to a new computer system, you will need to activate the features that
you previously purchased in order to use them on your new system. You will need to do
similar if you are re-installing your Pinnacle software after a hard drive crash.
Please follow these instructions:
1.
Launch your Pinnacle application.
2.
Go to the Help menu and select "Enter Activation Keys"
3. Enter the Activation Keys that you
received.
Once the Activation Keys are entered, the features you previously purchased will be activated.
