How to install Studio 14: DVD version.
Studio 14 installation Procedure DVD version.
Place the Studio 14 DVD in the drive and an auto-run window will come up with several options. The one we are interesting in for this FAQ is the Studio 14 main installer. Highlighted in the image below.
There are at least 5 options on the Auto-run screen:
- Studio 14 Main Installer
- Studio 14 Plug-ins installation
- Studio 14 Manual
- Transfer Content
- Sure Thing Labeler
The option we are concerned with in this FAQ is Studio 14 as highlighted below.
Once you hit the button to install Studio you will see this window.
The next screen that requires attention is this one. This screen is the registration screen. We recommend you register before you continue the installation.
Once you have registered this screen will come up. Hit next.
This screen covers the software license agreement. Please read completely and accept it.
This screen allows you to choose the location of the program and content. We recommend you leave this set to the defaults.
This screen allows you to choose if only the account you're on or all users can use Studio.
This screen allows you to select if you want a desktop or quick launch icon to appear on your computer.
This screen start the install with the setting you chose in the previous screens.
This screen will show you the status of the install.
This is the final screen of the install of Studio 14.
